What is Paydby?
Paydby is the app that makes planning for events or projects easy and achievable, by working together with friends and simplifying all group financial goals on one platform. Paydby allows you to create group fundraising goals, make payments, and ensure everyone is on track.
Why was Paydby started?
Finances can become a messy and complicated topic that few people are comfortable to talk about. When it comes to group finances, nobody wants to hassle others to make payments, and no one wants to be the one late to pay their expenses because they didn’t budget their spending well.
So, Paydby was created in 2019 to enable individuals and groups to plan and budget for events and trips — together, in a collaborative, positive and empowering way. Our aim with Paydby is to reduce the stigma and negativity around financial planning and goal setting, by creating a way for individuals to work together in their own networks.
Is it free to use Paydby?
Paydby is - and always will be - free to download to your mobile device. There is no monthly, sign up or cancellation fee with Paydby, just a small fee per transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply. More about fees
Is it safe to connect my credit card?
To ensure your money and information remains safe, Paydby uses encryption, multiple steps of authentication and fraud detection tools. We keep your information and account secure by partnering with Pin Payments, an Australian-based payment system company that is certified to the highest standard of PCI Compliance. How do I change my password?
To change your password or pin, sign in to your Paydby account, go to your Profile and click Update My Password.
